How to Resync Your FitScale 2000

If your FitScale 2000 isn’t syncing with the ZenHealth app, follow these simple steps to get back on track:


Step 1: Check Your Connection

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  2. Confirm that your FitScale 2000 is powered on and within range of your phone.

Step 2: Reset the Connection

  1. Open the ZenHealth app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings > Devices.
  3. Find your FitScale 2000 in the list and tap Forget Device.

Step 3: Resync Your FitScale 2000

  1. On the FitScale 2000, press and hold the sync button (usually located underneath the scale) for 5 seconds until it blinks.
  2. In the ZenHealth app, tap Add Device and select FitScale 2000 from the list.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

Step 4: Verify the Sync

  1. Step on the scale to take a new reading.
  2. Check the ZenHealth app to ensure your data is updating correctly.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure your phone’s operating system and the ZenHealth app are up to date.
  • Keep the scale on a flat, stable surface during the syncing process.
  • If issues persist, reset the scale by removing and reinserting the batteries.
