If your FitScale 2000 isn’t syncing with the ZenHealth app, follow these simple steps to get back on track:
Step 1: Check Your Connection
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Confirm that your FitScale 2000 is powered on and within range of your phone.
Step 2: Reset the Connection
- Open the ZenHealth app on your phone.
- Go to Settings > Devices.
- Find your FitScale 2000 in the list and tap Forget Device.
Step 3: Resync Your FitScale 2000
- On the FitScale 2000, press and hold the sync button (usually located underneath the scale) for 5 seconds until it blinks.
- In the ZenHealth app, tap Add Device and select FitScale 2000 from the list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
Step 4: Verify the Sync
- Step on the scale to take a new reading.
- Check the ZenHealth app to ensure your data is updating correctly.
